Carrie Chau 5th Art Exhibition

終於再來了一次，晚上到來，有另一感覺。

晚上的Indigo Child village很浪漫。

昨晚經過才發現原來Times Square內都有Carrie的作品和產品售賣，今晚終於有時間細心地欣賞。
Carrie的畫很精細，每個角落都充圖案，而且有很多人仔!
後期的作品帶點憂愁。

上星期第一眼看見這個展覽，當時只發現户外那部份，我已經在想，如果我是這個插畫家，真的今生無悔。

本來無一物，何處惹塵埃?

「菩提本無樹，明鏡亦非台；本來無一物，何處惹塵埃?」

很喜歡後面兩句。

金融海嘯，身邊的確很多人都受到影響，不過損失有限，我相信既然有錢可以損失，証明你不是生活最差的一群，除非你所有身家都沒有了。

最無奈是很多公司倒閉，的確人心惶惶，從去報章得知很多人患上抑鬱症，有點心痛。

我常常都相信「船到橋頭自然直」，沒有什麼事解決不了。

金融海嘯對我沒有影響，因為我真的認為「本來無一物，何處惹塵埃?」。

呀，我忘記了，金融海嘯對我最大的影響是早前工作量多了，都是adhoc工作，不過其實有一份穩定的工作已經很幸福。無論遇到什麼不怏事，我都會想想比自己慘的人，我經常都阿Ｑ地這樣想。

I LOVE monday.

I'm learning International Phonetics Alphabet (IPA) every monday lately, there's so much fun in the lesson!

To speak as native, we must know how to pronounce a word accurately. Since we can't always recognize the pronunciations by the spelling of letters, so we need to learn phonetics, the study of speech sounds and pronunciations.

Let's try the words as follow, they are common pronunciations mistake in Hong Kong.

星期六一早去保良局湊仔，出到Times Square外，竟然發現 Carrie Chau Indigo Child exhibition 呀!!

唔得啦，我要映相呀!可惜因為趕時間，只拍下幾張照片，湊完仔又趕去睇戲，睇完戲又趕去BBQ，唯有找天再去拍照，我想晚上的Indigo Child village會更加可愛。

So You think You can Dance is an American dance reality show,
looking for the top dancers across cities in US. It shows on TVB Pearl every Sat night.


Everyone who love dancing are encouraged to audition,
to get a ticket to Vegas, to show their talent.


I was impressed by it, passion of the dancers.


So I think you can dance,
if u love it.

Teeth decay

I love sweets.
I always brush my teeth lightly.
I dont use dental floss.

That's why I suffered from teeth decay severely these few years.

I visited the dentist last wed.
OMG. I got teeth decay again...

The dentist asked if I can visit her again in someday next month,
to repair my teeth, the time is 7:45am.
YES, THE TIME IS 7:45 AM !!!

UM...I need to arrive Wanchai at 7:45am.
I say Yes, coz her booking is pretty full.

I try to use dental floss every night,
no more LAZY.

朗朗去了台灣旅行，立立太細留在家中玩樂，
無見一星期，唔知佢地點呢?

就是這麼有趣。

在紅磡遇到舊同事，
大家會相約吃飯，
從前明明是同部門，
卻不會一起吃飯。

這情況就如一個人在異鄉遇見親友一樣。

每次在大廈的大堂等，我都會遇見不用的熟人，
感覺有如迎賓，不斷SAY HI !

上星期回到灣仔，感覺有如回娘家，相信有一天，這裡會是另一個家。

迎月夜，朗朗非常忙碌地左手一個燈籠，右手一個燈籠，走來走去，走來走去，走來走去......

立立都來趁熱鬧。

DREAM again

又發夢，今次不是夢見朗朗，而是前夢見自己在工作。


近幾天非常忙碌，今天有幾個項目要完成，由於未熟識新工作，須要多點時間研究。


由昨晚開始，我不停地想著今天的工作，睡前在想，今早起床又想，上班途中仍在想，不停地想如何分配時間......


唔得啦，要減壓，食零食先!

屋園的小花園掛起燈籠了，每年看到這個情景，都會勾起很多回憶。


小時侯，我們會大大小小一起到婆婆家吃飯，那時婆婆住在土瓜灣，吃過飯後我們會浩浩蕩蕩地走到海心公園賞月，賞月必備的東西有生果，月餅，燈籠，蠟燭，枱布...呀，還有月餅盒。


那時候開始流行電燈籠，不過冰皮月餅仍未面世。


後來小孩子長大了，即是我，姊姊和大小表妹，我們開始跟朋友賞月，其實只是出外走走，與中秋節無關，最熱門的活動可能是ＢＢＱ，每年都有人吃過飯後急急地外出了。


不知為何，近年我們又大多會吃過飯後仍然留下來。


現在，多了兩個小孩子，朗朗和立立，我要跟他們玩燈籠!

DREAM

這麼可愛，教我如何不喜歡他。

上星期有兩晚夢見了朗朗，在其中一個夢裹，朗朗不知走到那裡去，我在四處找他...



由於角度問題，這相片不太像朗朗，不過我覺得很有趣，因為拍得朗朗頭大身細，還帶點成熟感覺。

Lucky that I didnt face any difficulties as those people in such dictatorship, but I will keep this dialogue in mind.


I'm looking forward to read PERSEPOLIS 2, the story of a return.

Typhoon No 9 鸚鵡

一早醒來，仍然是３號風球，奇怪。我繼續聽收音機，依然沒有進一步消息，於是去沖涼洗頭，我還在想今天的工作。

沖完涼，媽媽說８時前會掛８號風球，真的嗎? 為什麼剛才電台沒提及...

反正很精神，我便吃早餐，睇報紙，睇奧運，電視播映著女子藍球比賽。
看完女藍比賽，只是10時，繼續睡覺。


今天姊姊來電，我和媽媽跟朗朗談了一會。

我　：喂...
朗朗：......
媽媽：喂喂
朗朗：落雨
我　：你在做什麼呀？
朗朗：打保齡
媽媽：同邊個打呀？
朗朗：同火車打保齡
我　：哈哈......
媽媽：哈哈......


下午，繼續睇奧運。

睇完奧運睇書，
終於有時間完成PERSEPOLIS(我在伊朗長大)，稍後分享。

晚上，繼續睇奧運。

表演迫近，近日在加緊排練。


因為昨晚跳得太累了，忽然想大吃一頓，即使那時候已經11時。

最後我居然吃了一個杯麵，兩條即食腸，一杯雪糕，一支橙汁，須知平日跳舞後我只會吃小食。


一心以為今晚不用排舞便可能見到朗朗和立立，可惜又打風，他們要留在家了，最討厭颱風。


似乎明天會掛８號風球...

New working place

來看看我的新工作位吧!

我把所有沒用的東西移走或丟掉，過程非常痛快，可以安安樂樂地工作了。

終於找到最好的上班路線，在德福的巴士總站乘巴士，不用在大馬路吸塵，每天準時閞車，好！


不經不覺便一星期，已經適應了新環境，比我想像中快。這幾天都在研究新系統的運作程序，時間過得很怏。

今天有位在湾仔的ＩＴ同事因工作到訪，由於他不知道我已調離湾仔，忽然在這裡遇見，好像我在移形換影!!

不久，又有其他部門的同事到訪，原來是我一位朋友的朋友，不過我對她一點也沒印象，但她確實能說出我的英文名稱，我還說："你真的認識我嗎？我是Prudence呀!"
我們談了一會，終於有點印象了！世界真細小。


放工了，我乘坐小巴回家，非常方便快捷，交通問題解決了!

睇奧運，其實是一個學習過程。

總覺得每位運動員都是值得尊敬，
沒有親身感受他們背後的辛酸，
卻可以肯定每位都是充滿毅力。

昨晚深夜看了完整版的女子體操團體決賽，
每個完成的動作，
都令人十分感動。

Last Day

Over 6 years, I've grown into a senior staff in this section. LOVE this place, LOVE wanchai, MISS my workplace buddies.

I was super busy in these few days, the typhoon hoisted on Wed interrupted my plan. OH MY GOD!!

I worked until the last moment, so hardworking...

I packed my stuffs hurriedly, left around 6:30pm.



Seems that I'm on the way to mainland China.
